House rules

Good appointments beforehand make good friends for the future. Please study the house rules and conditions below. These have been based on over 20 years’ experience with hotel guests and are designed to offer all our guest a comfortable stay. By making a reservation with us, you agree with these house rules. 

Check-in & check-out

Because cleaning an apartment thoroughly does take time, we apply the following:

  • Check-in is possible from 4pm
  • Check-out till 10am

No reception, so no long waiting lines for checking in or checking out. Your registration will take place per email. After your reservation we will send you a registration form to fill out the missing address details and passport number. After having received this completed form, your payment or credit card guarantee, we will send you the access code for your apartment a few days before arrival.

Non-smoking: it is not allowed to smoke in the apartments

Cleaning cq housekeeping

Your apartment is cleaned thoroughly before your arrival, the beds are made and bath- & kitchen linen will be available. Also toilet paper, hand soap and a basic kitchen package. Toiletries like shower gel and bath soap are not included but can be purchased by ordering the ‘toilet things’ package.

During your stay there is no daily housekeeping. Only after every 7th overnight stay (PRICE = 55 EUR).

After every 7th night we will change your bed- & bath- & kitchen linen. Also a quick general cleaning of your apartment takes place: dusting, vacuum cleaning, cleaning of bathroom and toilet. However, the kitchen and dirty dishes are your own responsibility during the whole length of stay and at check-out. A dishwasher is available in the kitchen. At the end of your stay there is a final obligated cleaning expense of € 95 per apartment for the ‘normal’ cleaning.

Deposit and inventory

For your stay you pay a deposit of € 250 through bank transference or by credit card guarantee

This amount will be released or transferred back into your bank account after departure and minus the cost of any damages or broken/missing inventory.

Identity - passport

After reservation, you will provide us with the number of your passport. For security reasons we need a hardcopy of your passport when staying longer than seven nights. If so, you will also provide us with a copy of both sides of the credit card. To avoid credit card abuse, the name of the passport should correspond with the name of the credit card and the name of the reservation.

These copies need to be provided to us latest three weeks before arrival date

Payment

Three weeks before arrival date the full amount of your reservation will be credited from your credit card. Do you not have the disposal of a credit card; latest three weeks before arrival date, the full amount has to be transferred into our bank account
