Your comfort

There is no reception in this building. However, you can reach us by telephone from Monday till Friday 9 till 17hrs. Outside office hours you can leave a message on the answering machine and we will contact you the next weekday.

Because cleaning an apartment thoroughly does take time, we apply the following:

·         Check-in is possible from 4pm

·         Check-out till 10am

No reception, so no waiting lines for checking in or checking out. Registration will take place per e-mail. After your reservation we will send you a registration form to fill out the missing address details and passport number. After having received this completed form, your payment or credit card guarantee for your stay and deposit, we will send you the access code for your apartment a few days before arrival.

You can store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room from 10 am on the day of arrival till 10 am on the day of departure. You can enter the luggage room with a code send to you prior to arrival. This luggage room is accessible for all apartments, the space is limited and upon availability

From 4 pm on the day of arrival till 10 am on the day of departure, a numbered parking place is available free of charge. 

You can store your bikes free of charge in our storage. This bicycle storage is shared with the other business suites and family apartments. Until the final bicycle storage is constructed, there will be a container made available for the bikes from May 2016 onwards. Bicycle rental is available if reserved before arrival date.

The apartments are located or the first and second floor which can be reached by stairs and by elevator.

At arrival your apartment is thoroughly cleaned by our professional staff. During your stay you take care of your own day to day cleaning. After every 7th night you can ask for housekeeping (optional 55 euro per sleaning).  We will change your bed- & bath linen. Also a quick general cleaning of your apartment takes place: dusting, vacuum cleaning, cleaning of bathroom and toilet. However during your stay you do your own day to day cleaning of the kitchen and dishes. A dishwasher is available in the kitchen.

The beds are made for the number of persons you have reserved. In the bathroom one large and one small towel are available per guest. In the toilet there is toilet paper and hand soap.

At arrival a basic kitchen package is at your disposal for the first few days: paper towel, dishwasher tablets, small cleaning supplies, tea towels, dishcloth, pepper and salt, oil & vinegar, coffee, tea and sugar.

Toiletries like bath soap and shower gel are not foreseen.

You like to make use of the sofa bed? Please inform us before arrival date so we will ensure sufficient bedlinen and towels. The sofa bed is suitable for two children or for one adult (size 140 x 200)

For your own security, the public areas and entrances to the apartments are under camera surveillance.

Small pets are allowed solely in the Family Apartments. This has to be reserved beforehand and should not cause any annoyance for the other inhabitants of the building. Pet basket and food bowls will be provided at arrival. Price: € 9,50 per overnight stay.
